The owner of this restaurant is a famous celebrity in Korea. He owns another five restaurants in Itaewon, but out of all of his restaurants, My Hong is the best. My Hong offers you fusion styled Taiwanese food, which are sensational. Try their set menu at a reasonable price!

BLUE 55 – BAR

Blue 55 is well-known for roof top bar at Itaewon. Even though there are a lot more roof-top bars, Blue 55 has the most amazing view of Seoul and has great food. Make a reservation before you go, as it is one of the hottest places and you will have to wait for at least an hour if you go at a rush hour.

CAKE SHOP – CLUB

Cakeshop is the hottest hip-hop club in Itaewon. Unlike other clubs in Seoul like Arena, Mass, Answer and so on, the place is chill and there are a lot more things you can do besides drinking and dancing such as playing darts! Thursday is the hottest day at the Cakeshop, and if you are lucky you will be able to see celebrities, like G-Dragon. Also, do not forget to try their “Cake Shot”!

Street all across Hongdae are full of clothing, accessories, and shoe shops at reasonable prices! All across Korea, clothing stores usually sell same clothes as they all get clothes from the same place, Dongdaemoon, but you can find same clothes but cheaper in Hongdae.

HONGDAE MANUEL TTEOKBOKKI – GARLIC SPICY RICE CAKE

Manuel Tteokbokki is the hottest place within locals right now! It is a lot different from regular tteokbokki, as it offers fusion styled tteokbokki, kimbap, and tempuras. The price is cheap, so go try when you are at Hongdae!

PEONY CAKE 

 Peony offers you the best strawberry cream cakes and strawberry snowflakes. It is only located at Hongdae, and only makes a certain amount for a day, so go check them out early in the day before they get sold out!

BUSKING PLAY 

Hongdae is well known for busking plays by amateur as well as professional singers. You do not have to pay to watch, but feel free to pay if you really enjoyed their show. There are no set date, time or place for these shows, so when you are at Hongdae and you hear a song playing, find your way to them and enjoy!

Want to have a meal at a luxurious place while you visit Seoul? Try Wolf Gang’s Steak House. The restaurant is owned by Korea’s most famous chef, and the atmosphere of this restaurant is at its most luxurious mood that you cannot even imagine. The price is very high, as it is located in Cheongdam-dong and is owned by the most famous chef, but it is worth it!
